Cotswolds ARCHIVE

At Cotswolds Distillery nears a remarkable 10-year journey of fine spirits, we're proud to introduce a collection that encapsulates our most cherished milestones. Celebrate our decade-long story with a release from our prestigious and limited Cotswolds Archive.

Our CRAFTING

We believe in doing things properly. We use traditional methods and equipment, but with a fresh attitude and an attention to detail that ensures that everything we produce is made to the highest possible standard. It means it's rarely easy and never cheap, but we wouldn't have it any other way.

Our LANDSCAPE

Our founder Dan has always been extremely proud of our distillery’s beautiful location here in the Cotswolds, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The desire to reflect the natural beauty of the Cotswolds and support our local community runs through everything we do here. We partner with other local producers and use local ingredients as much as possible when crafting our spirits.

  • "A serious treat - either for sipping neat or making robust cocktails. A special release that has been aged in ex-bourbon white American oak casks from Kentucky - and it’s powerful, with honey, coconut and light, sweet caramel notes."
