5ml Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence
50ml apple juice
200ml sparkling elderflower
5 mint leaves
How to make
Pour the first two ingredients into an ice-filled copa glass. Add sparkling elderflower, stir and serve. Garnish with sliced apple and a sprig of mint.
