Ingredients
(Serves 1):
- 30ml Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky
- 10ml Honey Syrup 2:1
- 60ml Filtered Coffee
- 30ml Whipped Cream
- Grated Nutmeg
How to make
Warm a heat-proof glass by filling it with hot water, whip the cream to a soft peak consistency. Discard the water.
Add the whisky, honey syrup, and freshly brewed coffee into the warmed glass and stir gently.
Carefully float the whipped cream on top of the coffee using the back of a spoon. Finish by grating fresh nutmeg over the top.
