Ingredients

- 25ml Cotswolds Distillery Dry Gin
- 25ml Isolabella Limoncello
- Soda water
- Slice of lemon
- Sprig of fresh mint
How to make
Build all of the ingredients directly into a large wine glass filled with ice.
Stir gently to combine.
Embellish with a garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
