50ml Hearts and Crafts 5
20ml Pineau Des Charentes
20ml chai pineapple syrup (made using 1 cup of pineapple juice & 2 bags of chai tea)
10ml lemon juice
1 dash orange bitters
Optional: A couple of pineapple leaves per glass to garnish
How to make
This recipe serves one drink.
1. Make the chai pineapple syrup by mixing 1 cup of pineapple juice with 2 bags of chai tea. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes and leave to cool.
2. Shake all ingredients and strain into a rocks glass with a large cube of ice.
3. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
