Introducing our limited edition “Banyuls #1742" single cask whisky. Made using 100% locally grown, traditionally floor malted barley from the Cotswolds which has been aged full term in rare French oak casks seasoned with Banyuls dessert wine.

Banyuls is a Southern French red dessert wine made from Grenache grapes that are fortified at the peak of sweetness during fermentation. A process known as ‘Mutage’ which allows for maximum sweetness and big chocolatey flavours.

This is the perfect whisky to enjoy with your special someone - whether you're toasting by the fire or gifting the whisky lover in your life a present they’ll truly adore. It is for the curious whisky drinker who appreciates unique flavours from carefully selected French oak casks. It pairs well with fruits and chocolate, especially dark chocolate. With its bold, rich and sweet character, it is a great single malt to enjoy with friends neat and with desserts.

Bottled at 50% ABV here at our distillery on 29th January 2025. Each bottle is presented in a luxury display carton.

This year we are dedicating all our single cask releases to the brilliant local farms and farmers that we closely work with to create our whisky. This release is dedicated to Rob and Joe Cole at Lanes End Farm who live up the road to our distillery. The Cole’s regularly visit us to collect the draff, a by-product of the whisky production process, to feed their happy herd of cows.

There are only 299 limited edition bottles available to purchase in total across our website and three shops in Stourton, Broadway and Bourton-on-the-Water. Purchase yours while stocks last!

Serving SUGGESTIONS

Best enjoyed on it’s own, but we don’t believe in rules when it comes to drinking whisky – sip this neat, over ice, in a cocktail – however you like!

Made In the Cotswolds

The Cotswolds is hugely important to us; in fact, it defines every aspect of our being. We feel extremely lucky to live in one of England's most charming and beloved regions, full of character, romance and history. We try, where possible, to emphasise the rich agricultural bounty of the Cotswolds. The principle things that grow in the Cotswolds are fruits and grains, and these are the building blocks of our flavour profiles.
