Our limited edition Golden Wold Single Malt Whisky is the first release in our Harvest Series and is a blend of select ex-Bourbon, STR red wine and Peated casks. This smooth and mellow blend is as harmonious as the Cotswold landscape around us at the end of a fine summer and brilliantly shows off the rich and fruity character of our single malt spirit.

Our Harvest Series is released once a year and celebrates the beautiful landscape of the Cotswolds through the art of painting and whisky blending. For this single malt release, each presentation tube features an original painting by local artist Josephine Trotter which perfectly illustrates the iconic rolling hills of the Cotswolds that surround our rural distillery.

CAREFULLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS

Malt: 100% locally grown, traditionally floor malted barley from the Cotswolds.

Yeast: Two complementary varieties - Anchor and Fermentis - to ensure good yields and excellent fruity flavours.

Water: Village water supply - filtered, softened and demineralised before use.

Wood: A blend of select ex-Bourbon, STR red wine and Peated casks.

Serving SUGGESTIONS

Best enjoyed on it’s own, but we don’t believe in rules when it comes to drinking whisky – sip this neat, over ice, in a cocktail – however you like!

We feel extremely lucky to live in one of England's most charming and beloved regions, full of character, romance and history. We try, where possible, to emphasise the rich agricultural bounty of the Cotswolds. The principle things that grow in the Cotswolds are fruits and grains, and these are the building blocks of our flavour profiles.
